Fatih ÖZER is one of the founding partners of our law firm. He has profound experience in the fundamental rights of foreigners in Turkey, particularly concerning residence permits (short/long term, family, student, humanitarian, victim of human trafficking), international protection statuses (refugee, conditional refugee, subsidiary protection), and legal challenges against deportation decisions. His expertise in individual application processes to the European Court of Human Rights (ECHR) and the Constitutional Court plays a critical role in protecting the fundamental rights and freedoms of our clients at international standards. His competence in Compensation Law and Administrative Law enables him to provide comprehensive support to foreigners in administrative and legal processes they face in Turkey. He completed his Master's thesis on the European Court of Human Rights and is continuing his doctoral studies in Private Law at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University, Institute of Social Sciences. He is fluent in English and has an intermediate level of Spanish.
Mehmet Kutluay IŞIK is one of the founding partners of our law firm. He effectively utilizes his expertise in Administrative Law, Criminal Law, Enforcement and Bankruptcy Law, and Family Law in legal processes involving foreign nationals and international companies in Turkey, particularly in matters such as the recognition and enforcement of foreign court or arbitral awards in Turkey, real estate purchase-sale-lease, and inheritance sharing. Within the scope of Family Law, he supports clients in sensitive matters such as divorce, custody, and parentage/paternity cases with international elements. His competence in enforcement and bankruptcy law allows him to produce practical solutions for our clients in the follow-up and collection of international commercial receivables in Turkey. Sarper ALPTEKİN is one of the founding partners of our law firm. With his broad expertise in Corporate Law, Tax Law, and International Trade Law, he provides comprehensive legal consultancy for foreign investors in processes such as company/branch/liaison office establishment in Turkey, investment and commercial operations (merger-acquisition, international commercial contracts), and acquisition of Turkish citizenship (through investment, marriage, exceptional ways). He provides strategic guidance to clients in commercial operations, particularly company establishment processes in foreign countries, primarily Kyrgyzstan, obtaining necessary certificates and licenses, and international trademark and patent applications. As an experienced mediator and arbitration expert in the resolution of international commercial disputes, he also represents clients in national and international arbitration proceedings and plays an active role in alternative dispute resolution methods. His master's degrees in Business-Strategic Management, Public Law, and Private Law provide an in-depth perspective on international commercial transactions and tax planning. He is continuing his doctoral studies in Public Law at Ankara University, Institute of Social Sciences. He is fluent in English and has an intermediate level of French.
